Patrol Sergeant
Annual Pay Scale- Probationary Sergeant: $

The current CBA going to Council on Feb 3rd, anticipated pay increase for both positions.
Requirements- Must be a US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Washington driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
- Extensive background, polygraph, physical and psychological exam
- Additional requirements may be established by the Civil Service Commission
- Completion of Washington State Police Academy or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as a police officer
- Must be able to complete CJTC First Line Supervisor course within 12-months of hire
- Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field
- 2 years experience as OIC, FTO, or other leadership position
- Any suspensions without pay within 3 years
- Suspensions without pay for 40 hours or more within 7 years
