What You Will Do

As a senior-level team member, you willleverageyour engineering experience and real-world projectexpertiseto support critical aspects of the design and delivery of Clark Pacific products and services.

This may include:

• Shaping and influencingstrategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving towardsuccessful project outcomes
• Acting as a coach and mentor otherteam membersby sharing technical expertise
• Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
• Shape the future of industrialized construction – your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
• Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk

What You Bring:

• 7+ years ofsenior-level professionalwithengineering experience
• Astrong technical foundationwith an interest in expandingyourimpact beyond traditional design responsibilities
• Ability to apply engineeringexpertiseto influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Structural Engineering,Industrial Engineeringor a related engineering disciplinerequired
• PE or SE License requiredor the ability to obtain within 2 years.
