- Serve as primary contact for clinical trial testing, managing sponsor/client relationships and trial progress
- Coordinate assigned trials under Lead PM guidance; communicate with clinical/regulatory teams
- Maintain study logs, metrics, and provide updates
- Resolve issues and expand critical items
- Develop SOPs as needed
- Perform QC on deliverables and support secondary QC
- Train staff as required
- AA or BS degree
- 2+ years clinical research/study coordination experience (CRO, university, or medical setting)
- Experience in regulated environments; familiarity with CAP/CLIA/CDx
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA, and medical terminology
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
