Position:
Production Technician

The Production Technician will perform various assignments within a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to washing glassware of various sizes, operating a validated lab washer, maintaining cleanliness in the wash and lab areas, and organizing lab supplies. The technician must follow company, site, and department procedures, accurately record information in documentation, and adhere to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements. Responsibilities also include daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment, maintaining up-to-date training records, supporting new employee training, and complying with all company policies and procedures.

Key skills include teamwork, attendance, and adaptability. The technician will receive routine instructions from supervisors or leads, and will be responsible for identifying process improvements using Lean techniques, ensuring proper training, and communicating safety, quality, or production issues immediately. They have authority to stop the production line if safety, quality, or production concerns arise and are expected to support 5S activities and maintain minimum training requirements in EDMS.
