What You’ll Do

• Cook eggs to order (scrambled, over-easy, omelets, poached, etc.) quickly and accurately
• Keep up during busy breakfast rushes without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Proven breakfast line experience (egg station experience required)
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work fast under pressure
• Excellent timing, multitasking, and knife skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand for long periods and handle a busy service

• Have experience in high-volume breakfast or brunch service
• Can jump on other stations when needed
• Take pride in consistency and clean plates

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
