Job Description Summary

The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) will generate profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

• Develop and manage assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Implement sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base.
• Build the national Sunbelt branding identity through customer engagement.
• Provide solution-selling across the equipment lineup.
• Meet safety and physical performance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Technical background with ability to learn engineering concepts.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $67,761.00.

Compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
