5:00 AM – Finish (Schedule set at time of hire)

• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift
• Safety observations

• All yard marshalling duties
• Next step in an associate's path to management
• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• High direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasize positive, friendly interaction
• Oversee a specified area within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
