Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse inventory in company systems.
• Perform routine and cycle counts; identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and update inventory reports for management review.
• Support inventory audits and documentation.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed to move or organize stock.
• Follow safety protocols and help enforce warehouse safety policies.
• Provide administrative support to the Distribution Supervisor and related departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory management systems).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
