About the role

The Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and shipping commercial food service equipment and supplies. This role supports daily warehouse operations including preparing customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. The position may also assist with local deliveries and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

What you'll do

• Receive, ship, and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely (certification preferred)
• Palletize orders; load and unload trucks
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy
• Utilize computers and warehouse systems for inventory and order tracking
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Comply with all safety standards and company policies
• Required to assist in offloading of stainless equipment (Various Shapes & Sizes)

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test and maintain a clean DMV report
• Forklift and/or order picker experience required
• Knowledgeable in safely securing equipment on the delivery trucks.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in driving a 26' bobtail truck W/ Lift gate
• Capable of lifting equipment up stairs
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be able to understand and follow instructions while working collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Delivery Experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The pay range for this role is: 20 - 25 USD per hour(California)
