Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store; engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.;
Manage work orders and register transactions; ensure accurate vehicle inspections and knowledge of replacement parts.;
Assist in cash/credit/return processes and respond to customer service issues or opportunities.;
Conduct express automotive services including tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, and inspections.;
Maintain a safe, organized shop and adhere to company policies and safety rules.
