Elderwood - Up to $18.02/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Daily Living Activities as needed (e.g., meal assistance, grooming, toileting, bathing, transferring);
Maintain facility standards for resident care and document duties performed for supervisor/nurse;
Respond immediately to residents' requests and communicate changes in condition to supervisor;
Assist with service in the dining room and uphold customer service standards;
Attend facility meetings and in-services, and contribute suggestions to improve quality of care
