Shift: Evening and Overnight, Full and Part time
Rate: $36
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $7,500
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
* Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists
* Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
* Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
Requirements:
* Valid RN license
* Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation (Preferred but not required)
* Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively
* Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered
