This is a detail-oriented and technically strong Administrative Assistant who will support daily office operations, focusing on assisting the Office Manager and coordinating administrative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization and multitasking, and is comfortable handling technical administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors professionally.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Office Manager and assist with day-to-day office operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage packets and related documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support scheduling, data entry, filing, scanning, and document management processes.
  • Assist with coordinating communication between departments and ensuring operational materials are up to date.
  • Maintain organized office systems and support overall workflow efficiency.
  • Help support additional administrative projects and operational needs as assigned.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, office support, or front desk experience required.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling detailed documentation, data entry, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable managing phones, coordinating information, and supporting multiple priorities.
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
