We're looking for a motivated General Repair Automotive Technician with 2–3+ years of on-the-job experience or formal automotive training who wants steady work, consistent hours, and real career growth.
About the Role:
As an Automotive Technician at Precision Auto, you'll work on a steady flow of vehicles performing general automotive repair, maintenance, and basic diagnostics. You'll be part of a professional, supportive team that values quality, efficiency, and long-term development. This role is ideal for technicians who want to grow into higher-level diagnostics, advanced repairs, or future leadership roles as we expand into new locations.

What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license.
- References.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- 2–3+ years of Automotive Technician experience OR automotive trade school certification.
- Experience with general automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with brake systems, suspension, steering, engine maintenance, and fluid services.
- Basic diagnostic skills or willingness to learn diagnostics.
- Ability to work accurately, follow procedures, and stay organized.
- Desire to learn, improve, and grow within a professional shop environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team.
