Overview

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part‑time and full‑time Automotive Technicians to provide top‑notch service at a Jiffy Lube in West Springfield, MA. Earn up to $40,000 per year based on experience. As a Lube Technician you will:

• Arrive each day ready to deliver excellent customer service and maintain vehicle reliability.
• Use training and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems, provide preventative maintenance, and address customer concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations with accurate labor and time estimates.
• Perform repairs and parts replacements as requested.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current on the latest knowledge and training.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• No experience required – training will be provided. Previous experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Schedule ranges from 15 to 40 hours per week. Typical shifts include day, evening, and weekend hours, but no late nights. The shop is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Salary up to $40,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus the benefits described above.
