Jiffy Lube Store Manager

Position Summary

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full‑time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in West Springfield, MA. You also help grow our auto business by using proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Your sales and customer service skills are essential! You plan and track budget forecasting models and ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience (a plus)
• Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively
• Customer‑service oriented and able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry

Shifts include a mix of day, evening (up to 8pm only), and weekend hours.
