Manager Trainee

Overview

We are Tower Loan, a company committed to developing future leaders. The Manager Development Program is a full‑time, 10‑12‑month training designed to give Manager Trainees the knowledge, skills, and experience to thrive in consumer finance and progress into leadership roles.

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred:
  Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Location: On‑Site

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed; may include Saturday.
