Review Representative

Responsibilities

• Review customer Purchase Orders and related documents.
• Communicate with customers and other departments to resolve any incoming order issues.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for job order status.
• Able to locate and understand relevant Quality system documentation in the computer system.
• Coordinate with other Valence departments as necessary to answer and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
• Understand and follow company procedures by correctly filling out checklists and notification of superior for all other paperwork problems.
• Order enters customer jobs and releases to appropriate department.
• Competently process paperwork with little or no supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Demonstrates a “High degree of Craftsmanship” which qualifies them to review and enter unusually difficult work competently.
• The employee is expected to possess a degree of “teamwork attitude” exhibited as a “can do demeanor” and flexibility such as a willingness to work overtime, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• COMPENSATION RANGE: $20.00 to 22.00 Per hour.
