Guest Services - Information Booth & Reception Staff

Join us at The Big Job Fair on August 18, 2026 from 10am–1pm. Support guests, staff, and participants by providing accurate information and assistance at information booths across the fairgrounds and at the reception desk. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and assist fairgoers, volunteers, and performers
• Provide directions, information, and general support
• Answer questions in person and over the phone (reception)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Minimum 16 years of age by September 1, 2026
• Superior customer service and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, professional attitude
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of the fairgrounds
• Ability to sit for extended periods and walk the grounds as needed
