Requirements

Active, unrestricted physician license in Massachusetts

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice

Board Certification in Geriatrics preferred

DEA Registration

Proven experience leading or supervising healthcare teams

Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for frail or elderly populations

Strong expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, and interdisciplinary collaboration
