Full‑time instructor opportunities in Chicopee and West Springfield. 40‑hour work week (Mon‑Fri), flexibility start between 7:00 am–8:10 am, 8‑hour shifts plus a 30‑minute unpaid midday break. As a Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your impact includes:

• Support lead teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence.
• Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

• Age: 18 +
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• License:
  Current and valid U.S. driver’s license.
