Our growing civil and environmental engineering firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer to serve as our Lead Engineer and technical authority. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true leadership role as the firm’s sole Professional Engineer, managing projects and a small team while helping shape the future of the business. You’ll lead civil site design, Title 5 septic systems, and Public Water Supply projects from concept through construction, working directly with clients, regulators, and contractors.
This role blends hands-on engineering with mentoring, decision-making, and business influence—and offers a direct share in firm success.
