KBW Financial is partnering with a reputable public accounting firm in Hampden County who is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead tax engagements and oversee the preparation and review of business and individual tax returns. This in-office role offers strong client exposure, leadership opportunity, and the ability to contribute strategically to tax planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings
- Develop client relationships and provide strategic tax planning support
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff
- Manage IRS audits and respond to inquiries
- Monitor tax law changes and implement process improvements
- Review quarterly and annual tax projections
- Active CPA or EA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 4–5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
- Experience with Quick Books, Pro Fx, Lacerte, RIA Checkpoint, or similar software
This in-office opportunity offers competitive compensation ($90,000–$120,000 depending on experience) and the chance to grow within a collaborative public accounting environment.
