Prosper at Fall River Assisted Living community is looking for an outgoing, passionate and dependable person to join our team as an RCA on our second shift!

As an RCA for Prosper at Fall River you will enter the resident's apartment as a guest and be prepared to assist them with restoring hope, dignity, and a path to self-actualization. The primary objective for the RCA (Resident Care Aide) is to assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) and medication management, while still maintaining the resident's dignity. RCA must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for seniors, and be tact in dealing with others.

Must be willing to take initiative, work with a team, and work in a fast-paced environment. Beyond ADL assistance, the RCA must be prepared to interact with all residents through activities that promote social, emotional and physical well-being. Must demonstrate a positive image/attitude.
