Seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference in a vibrant school setting near West Springfield, MA. This contract position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours, working with K-12 students across a variety of needs and abilities. Whether you thrive collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team or working independently to provide targeted interventions, your expertise will empower students to find their voice and reach their fullest potential.

Essential

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though consideration given to those completing CF
  • Experience managing diverse K-12 caseloads strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs and IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
