AUTISM ALLIES is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA services to children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing behavior plans in clinic and in-home settings in the West Springfield area.
This role offers opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in ABA, with a 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.
