We are seeking both Full and Part-Time Housekeepers to join our West Springfield team. Starting wage up to $17.00 per hour. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• $100.00 after the first 30 days!
• $150.00 after the first 90 days!
• $250.00 after the first 6 months!

• Greeting guests and assisting them with requests
• Using company standards to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and other areas
• Removing used bed linens and towels, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming and dusting
• Restocking your transport cart with supplies needed to clean your assigned rooms
• Communicating with the front desk about any concerns with the rooms, lost items, etc.
• Inspecting room fixtures for operations and function, reporting to maintenance any concerns
• Performing room and quality inspections to ensure brand standards are being met
• Maintaining professional and proper company dress code

• MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
• A smile, effort and a positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience a plus
• Frequent lifting and bending
• Bi-lingual (English Spanish) preferred but not required
