Full-time, flexible start between 7:30-9:00 AM
Compensation:
Salary, $21.00 hourly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Onsite at West Springfield location
- Flexible start time between 7:30-9:00 AM
- Standard 40-hour workweek
