Hourly: $22.00 - $24.75, plus shift differentials: $2.75 for overnight (10pm-6am), $1.75 for evening (6pm-10pm), $1.00 for weekend. Base pay may vary by experience and shift differentials. Annual bonuses and incentives may apply.

Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00am-9:30pm

• Accept calls and respond to dispatch or members with an ETA to destination.
• Locate members, greet them, and manage their emotional state through reassurance and advice.
• Assess the safety of the scene and ensure the vehicle is in a safe location for service.
• Provide efficient minor mechanical assistance, diagnose issues, and request assistance if unsure.
• Execute battery boosts, safe towing, and follow club policies and towing guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of service and brand image: service vehicle, tools, inventory, safety checks.
• Operate vehicle MDC computer, update call information, and collect revenue accurately.
• Protect confidential information and adhere to proper paperwork guidelines.
• Promote AAA products and services, including battery replacement and other offers.
• Work independently with minimal face‑to‑face contact, adapt to varied shifts to cover 24/7 operations.
• Prevent damage and injury when securing tow vehicles and responding to changing vehicle dynamics.
• Work under pressure with busy traffic, weather, and vehicle conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Post‑secondary training in automotive mechanics.
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting.

• Active and valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card pre‑hire and current within one year.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodically during employment.
