Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO). The role is first shift (7am-3pm) responsible for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations, and for compliance with precise quality standards for cream, skim, and condensed specification. The operator will have a deep understanding of the RO process, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer, and will engage in cross‑training to support business needs.
Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation are required. Overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation may be mandatory itionally, a 7% shift differential for 2nd shift is applied.
