Package Printing Co., Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to join our team on a full‑time basis. This on‑site role, located in West Springfield, MA, involves operating printing machinery, monitoring production quality, performing troubleshooting and setup tasks, and ensuring that pre‑press processes meet production standards. Training will be provided to support candidates in mastering the skills required for the role.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and associated tasks
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure printed materials meet required standards
• Knowledge of Printing techniques and processes
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting of machinery and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Familiarity with Pre‑press operations to prepare files and materials for production
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of work
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Prior experience in printing or packaging industries is a plus, but not required
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
