Job Title

Boiler Operator – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)

Responsibilities
  • Operate high‑pressure steam boilers continuously, providing steam for the production of milk products and for cleaning production lines and vessels.
  • Maintain the boilers and associated systems in reliable condition.
  • Perform routine inspections, safety checks, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist during load changes.
  • Work during overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation as required by business needs.
Licensing & Qualifications
  • Current 2nd Fireman License (must remain current).
  • Current Wastewater License; may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and undergo overtime, weekend, holiday, and shift rotation.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting wage of $32.25/hr, increasing to $36.51/hr plus a 7% shift differential.
  • Eligibility for rate increases every six months for the first 24 months of employment.
