Warehouse Operator 2nd Shift float

We are seeking a regular, full‑time Warehouse Operator to fill a float position during the 2nd shift, with occasional coverage on the 3rd shift based on business needs.

• Support the West Springfield plant by performing critical operations that promote efficient production flow and support incoming and outgoing product and materials.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Operate a forklift and participate in material handling and inventory management.

• Intermediate to expert forklift experience is required; a valid forklift license or certification at an intermediate level is mandatory.
• Knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety, and related regulations.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and other shifts.

• Competitive salary range of $27.02/hr to $29.08/hr plus shift differential.
• Eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first 18 months of employment.
