Distribute screws and other product evenly on a moving conveyor belt using a rake to ensure proper flow into the Ecoat machine;
Maintain consistent product flow to ensure even coating and prevent gaps or pileups;
Monitor the Ecoat process and address jams or issues on the conveyor or line;
Fill buckets, move product, and handle materials to keep production running smoothly;
Operate general production equipment and basic machinery following safety procedures; assist with packing, picking, and moving materials as needed; follow written work instructions in English
