Production Supervisor

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations at our manufacturing facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily production activities, driving safety and quality initiatives, supporting employee development, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the shift.

• Lead and support production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Monitor production performance and help achieve operational goals
• Coach, develop, and engage employees to drive team success
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient plant operations

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and KPI management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and effectively on an overnight shift
