Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Nurse Administrator, based in West Springfield, MA. The Nurse Administrator will oversee daily nursing and medical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, coordinating surgical schedules, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld across the facility. Collaboration with physicians and staff to enhance patient outcomes will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Nursing and Medicine
  • Proficiency in Nursing Management and Healthcare Management
  • Experience with Medication Administration and maintaining patient safety
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or similar healthcare setting is preferred
