Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee daily operations within our Quality Department, manage a team of 3–5 employees, and serve as the primary quality liaison between customers, production, and engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision metal parts manufacturing
, aerospace quality systems, and hands‑on inspection processes.

Must have experience with metals in a manufacturing setting to be considered for this role

• Manage day-to-day quality operations and supervise quality personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and corrective action requests.
• Perform and oversee inspection activities, gage control, and First Article Inspections (FAI/PPAP).
• Develop and maintain Inspection Method Sheets (IMS), work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action investigations and customer quality initiatives.
• Inspect and measure in-process metal components and assist production as needed.
• Maintain quality records and verify material certifications, vendor certifications, and outside processing documentation.
• Interface daily with customers, suppliers, and outside service providers.

• Quality Management experience in a metal parts manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience with auditing, PPAP, First Article Inspection, and corrective actions.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Prior supervisory experience managing employees and production schedules.
• Experience with inspection equipment, gage control, and dimensional measurement.
• Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
