Lab Technician - 3rd Shift

Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full‑time Lab Technician 3rd Shift (11pm‑7am). Schedule flexibility required—willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shifts as required based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • All aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, record keeping and report generation.
  • Communication of quality standards and direction of blending/standardizing operations.
Qualifications
  • Education in Food Science or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience preferred;
    Lab experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Mostly standing and sitting, some walking, bending and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion).
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally during the course of a shift.
Compensation

Pay range $27.74/hr – $29.86/hr plus applicable shift differential. This position also offers eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first 2 years of employment.
