Five Below - Up to $35360.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and trains on the BEST customer service experience.;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues.;
Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.;
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.;
Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
