Overview
The Redemption Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with the redemption of recyclables and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the redemption center. Additionally, Redemption Clerks are responsible for assisting in collecting carriages and maintaining the parking lot conditions as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with the redemption of recyclables and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the redemption center.
- Assist in collecting carriages and maintaining the parking lot conditions as needed.
- Ability to support Big Y’s Mission & Vision.
- Supports Big Y’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Must project a clean and professional appearance.
- Ability to operate within, enforce and ensure compliance by others with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.
- Must be 18 years of age.
