Support Lead Part Time

Five Below - 935 Riverdale Street - Responsibilities:
Wows customers through personal contact and delivers the BEST customer service experience;
Trains crew on customer service standards to ensure fast, friendly checkout;
Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high service level;
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on sales floor;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and urgent issues;
Manages opening and closing processes including cash handling, alarms, and setup for daily operations;
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance;
Maintains store upkeep including housekeeping and stockroom organization
