Job Summary And Purpose

Sell merchandise at The Big E fair and game nights providing customer service to fans interested in merchandise on game nights.

• Working with cash registers and processing payments.
• Giving customers advice about sales and promotions.
• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.

• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in customer service
• Prior retail experience

• Ability to work with very little supervision and on own.

• Ability to lift 30lbs but not on a regular basis.

• Have own transportation or a means to get to and from job. (We are on a bus route)
