We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is key in helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while providing a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner—both in person and over the phone
• Understand vehicle features, capabilities, and competitive advantages to confidently present and demonstrate products
• Qualify buyers by identifying their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable models and options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, warranties, and available services
• Guide customers through the complete sales process, including negotiation, paperwork, and financing options
• Maintain contact with previous customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Participate in dealership events and community outreach to generate new leads
• Accurately complete required reports and maintain up-to-date product and sales knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation for sales and customer satisfaction
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to learn and explain product information effectively
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate
