Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) in West Springfield, MA is hiring a full‑time Automotive Service Advisor. If you are passionate about the auto industry, have a customer‑service focus and a sales orientation, this role offers a competitive base pay plus commission. You can earn up to $80,000 per year.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will greet customers, interpret their service needs, present recommended work, explain costs and benefits, and close sales. You act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, maintain professional communication, manage appointment schedules, and work toward sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

• 18 years old or older
• Previous sales and service advisor experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
• Sales‑savvy and goal‑oriented

Base pay plus commission, potential earnings up to $80,000 per year.
