Base pay range $21.50–$25.75 per hour. Additional shift differentials: $2.75 per hour for overnight hours (10:00pm–6:00am), $1.75 per hour for evening hours (6:00pm–10:00pm), and $1 per hour for weekend hours. Differentials may be combined. Annual bonuses may be offered to eligible employees.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00pm – 6:30am

• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with ETA to destination. Locate, greet, and counsel members, addressing emotional states such as anger or anxiety, and ensure scene safety upon arrival.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance (if trained) and towing service, diagnosing probable causes, determining the best course of action, and safely towing vehicles per Company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain the service vehicle, equipment, and tool inventory in safe, working order; perform safety checks; and uphold the Company’s high service standards and professional image.
• Promote Company products and services, educate members on available options, and coordinate with Dispatch to get members to their intended destinations.
• Work independently with limited face‑to‑face contact, adapt to a variety of shifts to cover 24/7 operations, and practice sound judgment in all traffic, weather, and operational conditions.
• Prevent damage and injury by securing ideal points and responding to changing vehicle dynamics while towing.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum age 21. Post‑secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting required.

Licenses and

Certifications:

Active, valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction; DOT card (pre‑hire and within 1 year of employment); and satisfactory motor vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodic employment.
