We are seeking safe, friendly drivers with a genuine caring attitude for children to join our team of School Bus Drivers. Typical routes are mornings and afternoons each school day, averaging 20-30 hours per week.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Commercial Learner’s Permit (preferred) prior to enrollment in the LPVEC training program.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years;
  Massachusetts CDL, Passenger Endorsement and School Bus Endorsement is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background checks and drug testing.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Exceptional attendance record and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer and communication skills.
• High School or Trade School diploma preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
