Full Time – Tow Truck Operator (Flatbed). Prior experience NOT required; CDL is NOT required.

Shifts:

1st Shift, Mid‑Day, Second Shift.

Salary: $21.50–$25.75 per hour. Full benefits & incentives.

• +$2.50 per hour overnight differential (10pm–6am).
• +$1.00 per hour weekend differential.
• +$1.50 per hour evening differential (6pm–10pm).
• Differentials can be combined.

Provide safe, best‑in‑class roadside solutions for AAA members. Respond to member requests, communicate with dispatch, and ensure member safety and vehicle security. Provide minor mechanical assistance and tow vehicles when necessary.

• Respond to AAA member requests for roadside assistance.
• Communicate with dispatchers to determine logistics, service to be performed, and ETA.
• Greet stranded members, assess safety, and provide reassurance.
• Assess the safety of the scene and ensure a safe environment for you, the member, and the service.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance with tools/gear (battery boosts, tire changes, lock‑outs).
• Safely tow vehicles with flatbed or wrecker per AAA policies.
• Occasionally support other fleet locations and work nights, extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Active and valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodically during employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
