Nurse Practitioner – Full Time (Urgent Care)

Inova‑GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative and fast‑paced urgent care environment, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

  West Springfield, Virginia
• Compensation: salaried position with an equivalent hourly rate ranging from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status.
• Potential bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are also included.

• Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts
• Shifts:
  
  8:00AM – 8:00PM, every other weekend
• Total shifts: 3 per week

• Physician‑Led Organization:
  Prioritizes urgent and primary care across 23 locations.
• Integrated Care Model:
  Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.
• Subspecialty Primary Care Options:
  Serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.
• Innovative Technology:
  Pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9; access to informatics specialists and a robust telemedicine platform.

• Education:
  • NP:
    Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate program
  • PA:
    Graduate of an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure & Certification:
  • BLS & ACLS Certification
  • Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
  • DEA License
  • Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
• Credentialing Requirements:
  • Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
  • Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
