Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team at the West Springfield Center. This full‑time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative, fast‑paced urgent care setting while making a meaningful impact in the community.

West Springfield, Virginia

3 to 12 shifts per month, 12‑hour shifts from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, alternating weekends.

• Salary‑based; equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status.

• Education
  : NP – Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate program; PA – Graduate of an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Licensure & Certification
  : BLS & ACLS certification;
  Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia; DEA license.
• Practice Agreement
  :
  Signed practice agreement and scope of practice/protocol.
• Credentialing Requirements
  :
  Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) and medical staff credentialing for clinical privileges.
