• Pay: $37.17 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Part-time 30 hours/week
• 3 weeks of training/orientation, then schedules are created in 6-week blocks
• Shifts are 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours
• Typical week: 2-3 weekdays + every other weekend
• Must be willing to work some major holidays

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications as appropriate within scope.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor overall health status.
• Monitor and document vital signs and treatment responses.
• Support care coordination and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and watch for side effects/drug interactions.
• Document patient history and care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Full, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (U.S. state/territory/DC)
• BLS certification (expiration must be at least 30 days past the start date)
• 1+ year related healthcare experience
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER (Candidates with experience limited to long-term care settings may struggle in this environment.)
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Ability to work the required schedule (weekdays + every other weekend; some holidays)

• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Epic EMR experience (or similar)
